Staff were so efficient, and facilities were really good here. Large breakfasts and the food was local.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, with very very helpful and super friendly staff and quiet location on large area. The room was recently renovated and spotless with private bathroom and marvellous views;))

The service here is exceptional, offering a convenient shuttle to the town, free Wi-Fi, and ample parking for guests' cars.

The food was not of high quality and not very varied. We took M.P. but paid for an extra lunch and at dinner they put on almost the same or a little bit of make-up. We thought it was bad that if at breakfast you wanted to drink a natural orange juice you had to pay extra for it by making it look like the juice that came into the pension and was dispensed in the machine was of poor quality, we thought that detail was a little ugly. Poor quality drinks.. Only three or four types of infusions, the basics of life. The animation a bit bland in general.. In the corridors we found leaks in a few places. Old TV.. Inside the hotel for our taste towards a bit of cold.

Honestly no complaints. Located in 2 miles from Orotava Valley.

Hotel furnishings and fittimgs grubby and unkempt, SLOW service at the bar, average quality of food and bland, entertainment is poor at best, access to other restaurants and Al la carte was non-existent, TV with no english channels, charged for wine we didn't have, on a VERY steep hill, no snacks available as part of all inclusive package, Paid €216 for 3 nights all inclusive and price is about right. Would give it 3 stars at best.

The Animation Team at Aluasoul made our stay enjoyable and fun. They put in a lot of effort to entertain and engage the guests. The activities were well-organized and there was something for everyone. It added a lively atmosphere to the hotel and made our vacation truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great holiday experience.

loved the room and the hotel itself, food was really good but a bit of an awkward situation regarding the restaurant, was told could not wear shorts for the dinner meal, spoke with restaurant manager who said it would be ok, as living here had only taken a few clothes turns out that 60% of men going in to the restaurant were wearing shorts.

the hotel is a distance from the main resort on a hill, also it is geared up to cater for the German tourist not 1 English channel on TV and most of the rest dubbed in to German.

Nicely decorated room, and it was so clean! Plus, the view of Pico del Teide was amazing 🌋.

We loved the variety of tasty meals for breakfast and lunch, and the cleanliness of the rooms. The kids had a blast with the animator lady who organized fun activities like a pirate treasure hunt and gave us some much-needed adult time. The staff was professional, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces.

Felt spoilt, no complaints.
